ABSTRACT
Inverse problems are ubiquitous in various fields of science and engineering, such as energy exploration, medical imaging, and manufacturing. In this context, I will discuss our research on Error in Constitutive Equation (ECE) approaches to parameter inversion in frequency domain dynamics. I will outline the challenges and benefits of ECE methods in solving these problems and highlight our unique contributions to this field over the years. Furthermore, I will demonstrate how ECE techniques have been applied in niche areas, such as ultrasound elastography and material calibration.
This talk will be given in English.
